Green eggs & ham
Today we are celebrating the Birthday of the beloved children's author Dr. Seuss. His birthday was yesterday, but since it was a Sunday, I held off until today.
Little Guy had a green egg & ham, broccoli and carrot spears. Not pictured is a cup of ranch for dipping.

LOVE in a lunchbox
Here's another Valentine-themed bento. I wondered if this bento would be to pink for the Little Guy, but he didn't seem to mind. Everything was GONE at the end of the school day!
He had a ham-roll up, a BabyBel cheese, carrot slices, berries, and heart-shaped marshmallows.

Introducing the MUNCH-able
Little guy loves Lunchables. I think they are way over-priced and belong in the junk food category!
With that being said, I also hate for him to feel left out when his school friends take them. Here, is my version of a healthier, smarter verson of a Lunchable. I refer to it as a MUNCHABLE!
Included in this Munchable, are whole grain crackers, roast beef, ham, and turkey slcies, cheese, an applesause, and a lemonade cookie. Also, tucked inside is a gummy heart.

Croods-themed lunch
The little guy, since he's been tired lately, has been watching way too much tv. He's on his 391st time of watching The Croods.
Here's a bento lunch to go with it.
It's a mini-pita bread stuffed with ham. The cave drawings were made with food markers. He also has peach "flowers", carrot "bones", and chocolate rocks (with a few candy bones included).
Sorry for the crappy photo. I'm still learning! :)
As always, thanks for looking!

Mucha Lucha lunch
This lunch was a simple sandwich cut with the Fred & Friends Muncha Luncha cutters, broccoli, a cutie orange, and mini sugar cookies.
The little one loves Lucha libre masks. So this cheered him right up as he's been under the weather the past week.

Turbo bento
So, I was given orders to make the little one a Turbo- themed lunch. He has currently been fascinated by it and is currently watching it for the 437th time! I'm kidding! This is what I came up with. It is supposed to be Turbo and White Shadow. LOL
He has a ham & cheese roll-up on a flour tortilla (thats the snails shell) and cheese makes up the body. Eyes are attached with a raw spaghetti noodle. Mouth and irises made from nori seaweed. Included in his lunch are veggie chips, fruit roll up (rolled snail style), Wheat Thins, and an apple sauce. Please feel free to leave a comment and say hello!
